As the local public entity responsible for the management and implementation of ADP, the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) acts as the contracting party within this project. Thus, MoA supervises the implementation of ADP contracts signed with the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (FCCIAL), the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute (LARI) and the Farmer Groups (FG), as to ensure the best results. MoA's responsibilities within ADP on the levels of planning, provision of information, coordination among the different stakeholders and implementation as well, also represent central objectives of the ADP.
